1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by AS Photographer ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payments

To confirm a booking, a deposit as specified in the quote is required. The remaining balance is due before delivery of final images or as agreed. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, UPI and major cards.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the package price). Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

Estimated delivery times are provided with each package. Turnaround times begin after receipt of final payment and all required inputs (shot lists, names etc.).

5. Copyright & Usage

AS Photographer retains copyright of all images created unless a written license is provided. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal or agreed commercial usage. Redistribution, resale, or use in stock libraries is prohibited unless licensed.

6. Model Releases & Privacy

Clients agree to obtain necessary permissions from subjects for the shoot (where applicable). We may use images for our portfolio and marketing unless a written request for restricted use is provided before the shoot.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the client. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the city where AS Photographer operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or via this website.
